Neiman C. Young is a retired military officer, public sector executive, and executive coach with more than two decades of leadership experience across military command, municipal government, and organizational strategy. Following a 23-year career in the U.S. Army that included deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, Neiman transitioned into local government leadership, helping lead major strategic and operational initiatives in Virginia and Texas. In 2021, he was appointed Assistant City Manager for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, where he oversaw more than 900 employees and managed nearly $1.6 billion across operating and capital budgets. His leadership focused on operational excellence, long-term planning, and organizational effectiveness. Today, Neiman works as an executive coach and nonprofit founder dedicated to helping senior leaders improve self-care, resilience, health, and sustainable leadership performance. His coaching philosophy is rooted in emotional intelligence, integrity, and preventing burnout among high-performing executives.
